AFTER has an Internal Reporting System that allows any irregularity that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense to be reported in the work or professional context, under the protection of the law.

The following persons may use this Internal Information System:

• Employees and shareholders.
• The self-employed.
• Any person working for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Those that communicate information on infringements obtained in the framework of an employment or statutory relationship already terminated.
• Volunteers, interns and trainees.
• Those persons whose employment relationship has not yet begun in cases where information on violations has been obtained during the selection process.

You have at your disposal the Internal Information System Policy, which regulates the rights and guarantees to which informants are entitled. The Internal Information System is not an emergency service. Complaints submitted through this channel will not receive an immediate response. In the event that you wish to make a commercial complaint, the Internal Information System is not the official channel for submitting complaints.
